➢Scroll down until you see Entry Registration – Click Here
➢Click Sign in (upper right corner)
➢If registered in 2025, you can use same account – however, you will choose “I am a new exhibitor or
have yet to register this year.”
Note: The Exhibitor is the individual who created or is showing the entry (Ex. Child’s Name - Exhibitor #76 Youth Photography, which means each exhibitor has their own account.)
➢If not registered in 2025, choose “I am a new exhibitor”
a) If you are a group or family, consider using the “Quick Group” .
b) If you are Team/Company, change the toggle button on the left to yes and Enter Name.
c) Stall/Pen count, enter “0” unless you are bringing these live animals.
d) “*” means it’s a required field.
➢Click Continue and Confirm registration
➢Choose drop down box for appropriate department, division, and class you are entering
a) Complete all required text boxes
➢Click add entry to cart
➢Repeat steps for each entry to register. May want to use add similar entry.
➢Click Save Cart in upper left corner and/or Continue
➢Review cart – Make sure all entries are correct. You can edit or remove as needed. Your cart will also
include the Administrative Fee and/or Trailer-In Mandatory Fee.
➢Once reviewed, Click Continue to Checkout. Must use Debit/Credit Card.
➢Choose payment type and complete credit/ debit card information
➢Submit Payment
*Once entries are saved in your cart, you must submit payment by Deadline or Cart will be deleted.
➢Print your receipt with the QR Code and bring to the fair when you check-in
