2025 Fair Book & Entry Information

Please be sure to review entry books below to be aware of the rules, deadlines

and to determine what entries you will be registering.

How To Register and Pay for Entries

  1. Click on Entry Registration Button below
  2. Click Sign-in (upper righthand corner)
  3. Choose “I am an Exhibitor” and “I am a new exhibitor…”
    • Complete all text boxes (“*” means required)
    • Also enter stall and/or pen count here
    • Click Continue
  4. Choose drop-down for appropriate Department and Division
    • Complete all text boxes
    • Click Add entry to cart
    • Repeat steps for each entry to register
    • Click Save Cart
    • Review cart – Make sure all entries are correct. You can edit or remove entries here
    • Once reviewed, Click Continue to Checkout
    • Payment – Choose payment type and complete card/billing information
    • Submit Payment
    • You should receive an email as confirmation
  5. Once entries are saved in your cart, you submit payment for those entries by their appropriate deadlines.
  6. Payment must be made online by credit/debit card

*All saved entries in your cart will be deleted after each deadline (Aug 1st, 10th, 20th)

*If you are having difficulties entering… Please call the fair office at 330-533-4107 for assistance or to reserve a seat in one of the Hands-on classes.

Wednesday, June 11 - 10a.m. to 12noon
Saturday, June 14 - 9a.m. to 11a.m.
Thursday, June 19 - 4p.m. to 6p.m.
Wednesday, July 23 - 10a.m. to 12noon
Thursday, July 24 - 4p.m. to 6 p.m.
