A trusted, all-in-one event management platform used by major fairs and festivals nationwide, offering a modern, intuitive experience for vendors. You can apply, upload documents, including your logo for better recognition on the interactive map (yes, interactive map!), track approvals, manage payments, and receive communications all in one centralized platform. All payments are now processed automatically, eliminating manual invoices, mailed checks, missed deadlines, and follow-ups. This creates a smoother experience for you and eliminates the need for back and forth communication and clarification. This includes automated notifications, reminders, confirmations, and real-time updates. Your information is safe. All payments are encrypted for maximum financial security and peace of mind. Best of all the same friendly faces will be in the Fair office and on the phone to provide assistance Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM to ensure that you are supported during the process and all your questions are answered in a timely manner.
