Here's a Few Most Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I go about getting a camp site at the Fair?
A: You must stay in the overflow (non-electric) area for two years before you are eligible for an electric site. You do not need to RSVP for the overflow as it is a very large area. You are able to use a generator in the overflow campground.

Q. How can I become a vendor at the Canfield Fair?
A. There are many requirements to becoming a vendor at the Fair. You must contact the Administration Office during office hours, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. at 330-533-4107.

Q. What does it cost to rent the Fairgrounds for an event?
A. There are many variables in renting the fairgrounds for an event; i.e. what date(s) you want; what buildings you need; how many people you expect; whether you have insurance or need it through the fairgrounds; etc. In order to schedule an event on the fairgrounds, you must call the fair during office hours, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at (330) 533-4107.

Q. How do I rent the church in the Western Reserve Village for a wedding?
A: The Church is only available for rent April through October. To reserve your date, you must call the fair during office hours, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 4 pm, at (330) 533-4107

Q: How many people does the Church hold?
A: The Church has box-style pews and holds approximately 80-90 people.

Q: Do you have a facility to rent for a party or meeting?
A: Yes. We have the Colonial Inn which is booked quite often for parties and meetings. It holds approximately 100 people and has a full catering-style kitchen. For a reservation, you must call the fair during office hours, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 4 pm, at (330) 533-4107.
