Certificate of Insurance Upload

A current certificate of insurance (COI) for General Liability having a minimum amount of $500,000 must be provided covering each vendor space that you intend to use. This certificate must list Mahoning County Agricultural Society as the additional insured. If you have no insurance and qualify, you will be required to purchase said insurance at a premium cost of $120.00 for the first vendor space and $60 for each additional space from the Society's Insurance Agency. Please contact the Fair Office at 330-533-4107 to make this purchase by August 1, 2025. All others can upload their certificate using the link below by August 1, 2025.
