Vendors

Want to be a part of a 178 year tradition?

You will need to email your establishment name and/or your name and the address to have an invitation sent. Be sure to tell us if you want inside or outside as they are different forms. Also, if you will be selling food so we can include the special rules. Send to: info@canfieldfair.com.

This must be done before February 1st in order to be put on the mailing list for new vendors. Invitation packets are mailed out every year on February 15 by 3rd Class bulk mail (they will not forward them - so give us a good address). Those invitation forms are due back in the office by March 15. Once all returning vendors are placed, new applicants will be reviewed and placed as space allows.

Vendor application packets are not available online.
